We are not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, international customs regulations, or any other unforeseen factors.

We are so excited that you finally have your sign in your hands!
With your package, we have included an insert with instructions on how to unpack and hang your sign! But just in case, here's a few things you need to know:
If you ordered a laser cut name sign/set or cake topper:
Depending on the size, your signs will arrive adhered to a wooden backing or cardboard backing with sticky foam.
This ensures that your sign remains secure during delivery! We have shipped thousands of signs worldwide and this has been our most successful packaging method! While mishandling can happen, it is a very rare and our clients rave about the security of our packaging!
To remove the sign from the backing, please lift gently and evenly from all sides working your way towards the center.
This will allow the foam to loosen up and less likelihood of breakage happening.
We don't recommend trying to pull or yank from one side only or your sign could break.
How can I hang my cutout name sign?
Our laser cut signs are 1/4” in thickness and due to the nature of our signs, they do not come with any hanging hardware.
To hang, we recommend using extra strong 3M command tape, double sided mounting tape or headless nails to hang. If you will be using it with a backdrop, then you can use fish line string!
Please note that laser cut signage is fragile and must be handled with care. Please be sure to fully secure your sign to the wall you will be mounting it on. We recommend that you do not pull or drop your sign. We don't recommend letting children play with them because they will break.

How tall will the letters of my name sign be?
Height will vary based on the following factors: Width Size, font, and # of letters in the name or word to be customized.
Some fonts are taller than others. The longer the name, the shorter the height.
